Founder and President

Stan Overholt

Stan founded Overholt Construction, Inc. in 1999, when he moved from residential construction to commercial construction.

Vice-President

Jonathan Overholt

Jonathan joined OCI in 2011. He has been involved in construction management since 2001.

Office Manager

Marylou Hershberger

Marylou handles all A/R & A/P details for OCI. She has been with the company since 1999.

Operations Manager

Phil Morgan

Phil has been involved in construction management since 1999 and joined OCI in 2024.  He has a civil engineering degree from Georgia Tech and has his PMP certification.

Estimator

Clay Overholt

Clay Overholt began managing jobs for us in 2020. In 2025, he switched to full-time estimator for the company.

Construction Manager/Job Superintendent

Jason Aspinwall

Jason brings years of construction experience to OCI. He has a degree in construction management from Georgia Southern University. He joined OCI in 2015. Jason is a Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC).

Daniel Denney

Dan majored in Entrepreneurial Studies at Babson College. Dan joined the OCI team in 2019.

Garrett Overholt

Garrett graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Business Management. 

Building a Team

It is important to us to build a good team with our subcontractors to ensure consistency in both quality workmanship and products. Even though they are not employees of Overholt Construction, Inc., we hold them to the same standards because they are an important part of each project’s success.
