Wayne Christian Academy’s new facility has nearly 28,000 sf under roof. The construction was completed in 2021 in time for the new school year.

Harris Ace Hardware underwent a large project of replacing their Jesup store with a new, nearly 15,000 sf of retail and office space. It was completed in January, 2023.
Ludowici Bank – Ludowici

The Glennville Bank added a new branch to Ludowici. Construction on the new building was completed in 2019.
Piggly Wiggly – Jesup
2016/10/15 RENOVATION
A complete renovation was done on a nearly empty plaza in Jesup. Piggly Wiggly opened its doors in October of 2016.
Carter Land Services – Brunswick
2020/03/09 NEW CONSTRUCTION
Carter Land Services moved their operations to Brunswick. OCI completed their 9,100 sf office & shop in March, 2020.
Hurricanes Convenience Store & Café – Jesup

Hurricanes Convenience Store and Café was completed and ready for business in 2016.
