Port City Partners purchased the historic Leotis building in Brunswick. Renovations to the 2nd floor open loft yielded 12 rental units, including studio, 1 and 2-bedroom units.  This project is a winner of the Excellence in Rehabilitation Award by The Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation.
